Food / Non-Food Vendor / Non Profit (s) MUST register for assigned vendor spaces. Set- Up location will be assigned upon arrival and arranged by coordinator Mary Barber Kirkland email: mbkinc@bellsouth.net .

                   FOOD VENDOR: $100.00   NON FOOD VENDOR: $50.00   NON PROFIT: $20.00

**** Vendor SET UP TIME: 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM. ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY OR LATE SET-UP WILL BE PERMITTED.

**** All Vehicles must be removed from Vendor area by 11:00 am**

**** Vendor must obtain approval in advance for Tent(s) installation. 

**** Tent Size limited to 10’ x 10’, unless otherwise approved by Coordinator.

**** Vendor must bring your own tables, chairs, tents and generator.

**** Vendor’s Signature will be needed.

**** SERCO accepts CREDIT CARDS, CASH, CHECKS, or MONEY ORDERS via mail or electronic systems.

TO  RESERVE YOUR VENDOR SPACE VIA CREDIT / DEBIT CARD, please DOWNLOAD, PRINT, & FILL OUT the vendor application on this page, and mail to: SERCO EVENTS, P.O. Box 332, Hopkins, SC 29061, also email mbkinc@bellsouth.net  with your payment info such as name , business name, and amount paid and in the email subject heading place PAID VENDOR SPACE.
